Lineage: rtp.pt stream (http://media.rtp.pt/blogs/optimusalive/emissao-online/) -> Applian Technologies Replay Media Catcher 5.0.0.99 -> FLV (no re-encoding) -> trimmed using mkvmerge GUI v6.3.0's split function, chapters added

Video specifications: H.264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1) 640x360 50FPS
Audio specifications: 96kbps 44.1kHz AAC / SBR stereo

This was a fucking nightmare to try to trim, and the simplest solution ended up being the only one that worked. I sat on this video for weeks trying to figure out how to trim it, and every tool I've tried to use resulted in unsynced audio. All I had to do was use mkvmerge's split function on the original FLV file twice, then add the chapters. I feel like a moron. Sorry for the delay, everybody!

Anyway, this video is pretty blocky at times, no doubt due to the low resolution. It's blocky primarily when there's a lot of lighting changes or movement going on (i.e. Black Celebration, A Pain That I'm Used To). There is a very irritating banner over the entire video (see screenshots in the comments).
The audio quality is great overall, it's kinda low bitrate but we've had worse quality from a webstream (excessively loud and low bitrate audio of the CBS stream of the Letterman performance, anybody?). There seems to be more distortion overall from "Personal Jesus" forward - perhaps somebody at production ramped up the volume somewhere where they shouldn't have.

My rip was flawless save for some missing segments during "Just Can't Get Enough"; some missing around when Dave sings "and when it rains, you're shining down on me" and near the end, before Fletch's solo. The video stops, moves a couple frames, then stops again, and continues. The audio is unaffected for most of the second batch of missing segments, but there are many missing video frames unfortunately. Just before the end of the song and Fletch's solo, both the video and audio stop for a couple seconds. My apologies, I don't know what happened since my connection was solid for the rest of the stream.
There was a dropout near the beginning of "Walking In My Shoes," probably a technical error on the production side since others reported the same thing. The short 3-track FM broadcast is unaffected by this issue (find it here: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-deta ... ?id=457407).

An announcer was talking over the very beginning of the concert intro. I retained all of the concert intro music despite her blabbering over it.

Some mistakes from this concert:

Some "Policy Of Truth" samples were played during "Should Be Higher", around the middle of the song.
There is a false start at the beginning of "Shake The Disease".
Dave misses his cue during "Soothe My Soul" at "I can't stop / desire in me / I'm not waiting / patiently".

You can find the audio demuxed from this video (with chapters added) here: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-deta ... ?id=457423
