Extrait
Me: "Are you going to work on the next Depeche mode project?"
Anton: "Oh yes, I am actually in the middle of it".
My mind was pounding at 130bpm.
"Wow, that is cool. Would it mean that you will work on both sleeves and stage design?"
"Yeah, I will be working on them"
"Cool. How about videos? I mean promo-videos. Would you be working on them too?"
"yeah I will be doing that too"
At this point I was so impressed and pleased by the news. Anton re-confirming his project for the next DM album. How awesome is that I thought.
Then he went on signing the laser discs. He looked curious and sceptic, holding it in various angles. I quickly added,
"Anton, believe it or not they are all official! It was released in Japan back in the days"
"Wow, so they are...mmm, what's the name..."
"Laserdisc, yes!"
"Alright! Laserdisc, that's amazing. I have never seen them before!"
"I will be working on them and put it on dvd in a few years"
"Oh that's cool".
Funny how you struggle with decent answers when you want to say something much much more. Once again the joy has taken control of my brain and all I could say was "Cool". What on earth was I thinking? Well, i guess nothing at all! lol
So that was the end. We shook hands. He then said "Thanks, a pleasure" and I quickly replied "No pleasure is mine!".
So here it is, Anton re-confirming his involvement in the next DM project (both artwork and stage setting), and also working on Strange/Strange Too on DVD soon.
